Diakonia, Inc. is a Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) and service care provider operating facilities for adolescent youths ages 12 – 18 years of age with diverse cultural, ethnic, and social economic backgrounds who have been placed by counties through child and family services, and juvenile justice departments. Since its establishment in 1989, Diakonia Inc. has continued to bolster its purpose by providing therapeutic, innovative, and impactful services for youth that come to the agency with a variety of psychological, social emotional and behavioral struggles; as well as the community-at-large.
